Katrina Survivors deals with Personal Injury Cases

The survivors of the Katrina Hurricane are experiencing a lot of discomforts and they are stuck in evacuation areas. No one escaped the catastrophic incident. It has hit a lot of homes, buildings and almost all the properties of New Orleans. No one ever wanted and expected these to happen.

The survivors were very disappointed seeing their homes wrecked by the typhoon. When they went back, the place was all crushed up leaving them with nothing. Many people are still missing and some might have been believed to be dead.

Personal Injury Cases such as these should be given remedy. Although this is a major phenomenal disaster, the victims have the right to be given compensation. While the place has not yet recovered from the catastrophic hurricane, they should be taken care of. They need to have good shelter and food.

Relief should be given to the victims until the condition is settled. After the zones are free, their homes will need to be rebuilt. It’s really not their fault and besides, the government did not give proper warnings and movement. The victims should also be given compensation with the homes they have lost.
